Merchandise that has been personalized or customized with your logo or specifications, unfortunately, cannot be returned. <strong>FISHNTECH<\/strong> offers a &#8220;no-hassle&#8221; return policy. If the item was purchased in the store or online, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days from the purchase date, all merchandise that is covered by the manufacturer&#8217;s warranty should be returned to the manufacturer or its authorized service center. Items not covered by manufacturer&#8217;s warranty may be returned (with proof of purchase) on an inspection basis only.
